Jessica Gregg, M.D., Ph.D

Dr. Gregg began her medical career in primary care at OHSU, where she co-founded the OHSU Department of Medicine’s Social Medicine curriculum, in partnership with Central City Concern. She subsequently became the medical director for Central City Concern’s Hooper Detoxification and Stabilization Center, and eventually assumed the role of Senior Medical Director for Substance Use Disorder Services for that agency. She is currently on faculty at OHSU where she sees patients on IMPACT, OHSU’s inpatient addiction medicine consult service, directs OHSU’s Addiction Medicine ECHO programs, and is the Associate Program Director for the OHSU Addiction Medicine Fellowship. She also recently developed OHSU’s HRBR clinic, a low-threshold buprenorphine program, Dr. Gregg is eager to join the team at De Paul, and is particularly excited to strengthen De Paul’s collaborations with community partners and to expand the use of evidence-based medications and harm reduction practices across all of De Paul’s treatment settings.
